We celebrated 6 years of marriage on April 28th. It was a fun and special day for many reasons, but likely the most monumental choice was that we put an offer on a home (not to be confused with the short sale offer). By the end of the day we were giddy with our decision and stunned by our spontaneity. The house feels like our perfect home.
At this point we are knee-deep in the process, awaiting the sellers response to the repair requests from the inspection, and are thrilled to think that we may be in a home at the end of the month, just in time to welcome baby Summer.
We never thought we would buy a home on our anniversary, but it seems to be quite a fitting way to celebrate our future together. The years are certain to be filled with surprises and even more love.
